Common questions
Yes. Open the post menu (the ⋯ button on the card) and choose Change audience. The new setting applies straight away, including to people who already saw it in their feed.
It disappears from your feed and we show fewer posts like it. The author is not told. You can undo it from the card that replaces the post, or from the toast at the bottom of the screen.
No. Reports are anonymous to the author. A reviewer reads every report and decides within a day.
You can edit your own comments from the ⋯ menu on the comment. Edited comments carry a small “Edited” label so replies still make sense.
Use Snooze from the post menu. It hides their posts for 30 days and they are never told. Unfollowing is also silent, but permanent until you follow again.
A badge means we confirmed the person is who they say they are. It is not an endorsement and it does not affect how posts are ranked.
