The questions finance asks.
No, and that is deliberate. You keep your own provider accounts and pay them directly at your negotiated rate. Zentic bills only for the routing layer, so we have no incentive to send you to an expensive model.
One inbound call to the routing endpoint, however many providers it has to try. Retries after a failover are free, and cache hits are not counted at all.
Requests keep flowing and overage is billed at a flat rate per thousand, shown on your dashboard in real time. Nothing is cut off mid-month without you choosing that behaviour.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle so you keep what you have paid for.
