Agreement
These terms apply when you create an Zentic workspace or use the routing API. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
Zentic routes your requests to model providers according to rules you configure. We do not supply the models themselves; you hold your own provider accounts and remain bound by their terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of requests you send, for keeping your API keys secret, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and with each provider's acceptable use policy.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Overage is billed monthly in arrears at the published rate. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
Availability
Uptime commitments are set out in your plan and measured on the routing layer. Provider availability is reported separately and is not covered by our service level agreement.
Suspension
We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, or where use threatens the stability or security of the service. Where circumstances allow, we give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue first.
Termination
You may close a workspace at any time. On closure, metadata is deleted within thirty days and retained samples are purged immediately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms with thirty days' notice to workspace owners. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
