Six small jobs the assistant does well. Each one runs on your own posts and drafts — nothing is used to train anything, and nothing leaves your account.
-
Draft a post
Reads your last few posts for register, then writes something you can edit. Short sentences, the number early, no wind-up.
-
Write alt text
One line per image, under 125 characters, describing what matters for the point you are making rather than every object in frame.
-
Draft a reply
Answers the question that was actually asked and offers something concrete instead of a promise to follow up.
-
Summarise a thread
Four lines on a long thread, with the disagreements marked so you know what is still open.
-
Suggest tags
Tags that are active in your circle this week, not the biggest ones overall. Usually three is the right number.
-
Change the tone
Warmer, blunter or more formal — same meaning, same numbers, different register.
What it will not do
- Post on your behalf. Everything lands in the composer for you to send.
- Read your direct messages or private groups.
- Reply to comments automatically. A thread full of generated replies helps nobody.
- Invent numbers. If you have not given it a figure, it will ask rather than guess.
