The role
You own onboarding end to end: the sign-up flow, the empty states, the first week of emails. The first month is reading support tickets and sitting in on calls, not opening Figma.
What the first six months look like
- Month one: read every onboarding ticket from the last quarter and write what you found.
- Month two and three: cut the sign-up flow down and ship it behind a flag.
- Month four to six: rewrite the empty states and the first-week emails to match.
What we look for
- You write clearly. Half this job is words on screens.
- You have shipped something you later cut in half, and you can say why.
- You are comfortable being the person who says the flow is too long.
How hiring works
A written application, a paid exercise based on a real ticket, two conversations and a reference call. We tell you where you stand after every step, and we pay for the exercise whether or not you get the role.
